A Study of the Morphology of the Living Cells of Blood and Bone Marrow in Vital Films with the Phase Contrast Microscope

The cells of normal human blood and bone marrow have been examined in the living condition by means of the phase contrast microscope employing both supravital and unstained most films. The morphologic characteristics of the cells studied in this manner have been carefully described and illustrated.
