The specificity of JAK3 kinase inhibitors. Blood. 2008;111(4):2155–2157. On pages 2155 and 2157 of the February 15, 2008, issue, an author name and his authorship contribution were omitted and there is an incorrect notation. The errors were corrected in the online version, which now differs from the print version. David A. Whipple should have been listed as the seventh author in the author list. Kudlacz1 1Pfizer Global Research and Development, Groton, CT In "Methods" on page 2155, in the second sentence under the heading "Cellular assays," "1 mg/mL final concentration" should have appeared as "1 µg/mL final concentration." The correct sentence should read: Human whole blood assay: Anti-CD3 (R&D Systems, Minneapolis, MN; 1 µg/mL final concentration), anti-CD28 (BD Biosciences, San Jose, CA; 10 ng/mL final concentration) IL-2 (R&D Systems, 10 ng/mL final concentration) were added to heparinized whole blood diluted 1:1 in RPMI 1640 and incubated at 37°C for 18 hours. On page 2157, the Authorship contribution of David A. Whipple was omitted. The correct Authorship section should read: Contribution: P.S.C. conceived the studies and wrote the paper; D.M. and K.S.M. performed kinase assays; C.F.K. cowrote the paper; M.E.F. and M.J.M. conceived the studies; T.M.H., J.L.D., D.A.W., and J.S. synthesized compounds; C.R.K. and D.G.P. performed cellular assays; P.S. performed in vivo assays; and E.M.K. conceived the studies and cowrote the paper.
