Gene expression profiling of plasma cells and plasmablasts: toward a better understanding of the late stages of B-cell differentiation
Blood Tarte et al. 102: 592

Supplemental materials for: Tarte et al, Vol 102, Issue 2, 592-600

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • Table S1. Relative contribution of the 1174 genes to the definition of PCA1 and PCA2 components (XLS, 139 KB) -
The PCA analysis was restricted to the 1174 genes with the highest standard deviation across the 49 samples. The relative contribution of each gene to the definition of the first 2 principal components was determined according to coefficients computed by PCA. This table summarizes for each gene the values of these coefficients.

  • Table S2. Top 50 genes with the highest PCA2 negative coefficients (XLS, 17 KB) -
The 24 proliferation-related genes are underlined.

  • Table S3. Plasma cell genes (XLS, 28 KB) -
The 85 genes statistically overexpressed (ratio of mean expression greater than 2, P<.01) in TPCs, PPCs, and BMPCs, as compared with PBBs and TBCs, are listed. Genes included in Table 2 are boldfaced.

  • Table S4. B-cell genes (XLS, 20.5 KB) -
The 40 genes statistically overexpressed (ratio of mean expression greater than 2, P<.01) in PBBs and TBCs, as compared with TPCs, PPCs, and BMPCs, are listed. Genes included in Table 2 are boldfaced.

  • Table S5. Plasmablastic genes (XLS, 116 KB) -
The 323 genes statistically overexpressed (ratio of mean expression greater than 2, P<.01) in PPCs, as compared with BMPCs and TPCs, are listed. Genes included in Table 3 are boldfaced. The 68 genes also significantly up-regulated (ratio of mean expression greater than 2, P<.01) in PPCs, as compared with TBCs and PPBs, are highlighted in yellow.

  • Table S6. Mature PC genes (XLS, 166 KB) -
The 477 genes statistically overexpressed (ratio of mean expression greater than 2, P<.01) in BMPCs and TPCs, as compared with PPCs, are listed. Genes included in Table 3 are boldfaced. The 63 genes also significantly up-regulated (ratio of mean expression greater than 2, P<.01) in PBBs and TBCs, as compared with PPCs, are highlighted in yellow.
