Gene expression in human embryonic stem cell lines: unique molecular signature
Blood Bhattacharya et al. 103: 2956

Supplemental materials for: Bhattacharya et al, Vol 103, Issue 8, 2956-2964

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • Figure S1. Scatter plot analysis of microarray hybridizations (PDF file, 184 KB) - Scatter plot analysis of expression data from cy5-labeled, huES cell line–derived RNA and cy3-labeled huURNA. A representative scatter plot from all 6 huES cell lines is shown as listed: (1) PES cell line; (2) BG01 cell line; (3) BG02 cell line; (4) GE01 cell line; (5) GE09 cell line; and (6) TE06 cell line.
  • Figure S2. Images of hybridized micrarray slides (PDF file, 2.78 MB) - Original images of oligonucleotide arrays from 6 huES cell lines hybridized with cy5-labeled RNA (red); cy3-labeled huURNA (green) was used as a reference. (1) PES cell line. (2) BG01 cell line. (3) BG02 cell line. (4) GE01 cell line. (5) GE09 cell line. (6) TE06 cell line.
  • Document 1. Supplemental tables (PDF file, 1.02 MB) - The document contains 6 supplemental tables (Tables S1-S6). Table S1 lists the primer sequences used for RT-PCR analyses. Table S2 gives the functional categorization of 92 common genes that are overexpressed in 6 huES cell lines. Table S3 lists early differentiation marker genes. Table S4 provides a comparison of expression of 15 genes highly expressed by microarray and RT-PCR. Table S5 shows EST enumeration analysis of human ES cells. Table S6 depicts a comparison of 92 common genes expressed in huES cell lines with other studies.
