Files in this Data Supplement:

  • Table S1. Summary of data for CVID and control patients. (PDF, 136 KB) - The table summarizes the age of the patients during the sampling and during onset of the disease; sex; and clinical parameters, including the level of plasma IgG at the time of study (in mg/mL), the percentage of B- and T-cells, and associated complications, such as infection, granulomatous disease, or autoimmune diseases. The patients' identification numbers in the table correspond to those provided in the "Study Design" section of the manuscript and the figures. We have performed a prospective study and thus have collected blood samples from consecutive patients who attended the clinic, regardless of age and sex.
