FcRH1: an activation coreceptor on human B cells
Blood Leu et al. 105: 1121

Supplemental materials for: Leu et al, Vol 105, Issue 3, 1121-1126

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • Figure S1. Analysis of human immunoglobulin binding to FcRH1 retroviral transductants (PDF, 27 KB) -

Transductants were generated as described by Ehrhardt et. al., using the BW5147 mouse T-cell line. Control and transduced cells were incubated with 12CA5 anti–HA (Roche) or with human IgA, IgM, IgG1, IgG2, IgG3, IgG4, or heat-aggregated IgG (100µg/mL; Sigma-Aldrich, St. Louis, MO) before staining with PE-conjugated goat anti–human Ig and analysis by cell surface immunofluorescence. Control staining is shown in grey.
