Sema4D induces angiogenesis through Met recruitment by Plexin B1 Files in this Data Supplement: The motogenic response of these cells to Sema 4D was studied in a Transwell assay, as described in "Materials and Methods." As shown in the left panel, no difference in motility was observed in cells expressing the dominant negative PDZ-RhoGef compared to control cells.
