Cytotoxic minor histocompatibility antigen HA-1specific CD8+ effector memory T cells: artificial APCs pave the way for clinical application by potent primary in vitro induction Files in this Data Supplement: MHC-I density of MHC high-density (HD-) aAPCs (left panel) and MHC low-density (LD-) aAPCs (right panel) was determined by FACS analysis. aAPCs were stained with PE-conjugated antiHLA-A, B, or C (bold line); the corresponding isotype control (thin line); or were unstained (shaded histograms). Enriched CD8+ T cells of D no. 5 were stimulated three times with HD-aAPCs and stained with HA 1 tetramers on day 24. Percentages of tetramer-positive cells among gated CD8+ lymphocytes are indicated in each plot.
