Suppressor of cytokine signaling-1 in T cells and macrophages is critical for preventing lethal inflammation Files in this Data Supplement: Lymph node cells from 4-week-old Socs1lox/– Lck-cre mice and Socs1lox/– nontransgenic mice (as controls) were cultured with plate-bound anti-CD3 at 10 µg/mL for 24 hours or at 1 µg for 48 hours, then CD4+ and CD8+ T cells were analyzed separately for IFN-γ expression by intracellular cytokine staining.
