The transcriptional program of terminal granulocytic differentiation
Blood Theilgaard-Mönch et al. 105: 1785

Supplemental materials for: Theilgaard-Mönch et al, Vol 105, Issue 4, 1785-1796

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • Table S1. Differentially regulated genes during terminal granulocytic differentiation (XLS, 1241 KB) - The table represents 6.697 differentially regulated genes in BM populations highly enriched in promyelocytes (PM), myelocytes/metamyelocytes (MY), and bone marrow neutrophils (bm-PMN). Genes were defined as differentially regulated by a 2-fold change in gene expression and a false discovery rate of 0.05 (assessed by Welsh t-test and Benjamini-Hochberg multiple correction). A indicates absent call/gene expression; P, present call/gene expression (assessed by Microarray Suite 5.1 software, Affymetrix).
  • Table S2. Transcription factors (51 KB) - The table represents expression profiles of transcription factors critical for hematopoietic differentiation in BM populations highly enriched in promyelocytes (PM), myelocytes/metamyelocytes (MY), and bone marrow neutrophils (bm-PMN). A indicates absent call/gene expression; P, present call/gene expression (assessed by Microarray Suite 5.1 software, Affymetrix).
