- Figure S1. Viral vectors change the phenotype of iDCs (PDF, 55 KB) -
Following transduction of iDCs with AdGFP, the phenotype of the cells was analyzed using flow cytometry. The profiles compare untransduced and unstimulated iDCs. The results shown are representative of 3 experiments. The light gray profiles represent untransduced iDCs, whereas the dark gray represent Ad-transduced iDCs.
- Figure S2. De novo synthesis of type-I IFN (IFN-α/β) following viral transduction (PDF, 39 KB) -
DCs that had been either unstimulated (iDCs) or activated (mDCs) were transduced with various viral vectors on day 5 or were untransduced (untransfected). The supernatants were collected on day 10. The levels of IFN-α/β were determined using a luciferase reporter bioassay. The results are the mean of triplicate wells plus or minus SD.
