    NK cells were stimulated with anti-CD16 mAb, incubated with P815 target cells, and stained with FITC-conjugated perforin, as described in “Materials and methods.” As shown in figure 2C, no significant difference between uninfected or recombinant vaccinia encoding Arf6 WT or Q67L-infected NK cells was observed. For simplicity, a representative example of NK/P815 conjugates (top) and isolated NK cells (bottom) is shown here.
