BMMC sensitized overnight with 1 µg/ml of PC (206) or HC (SPE-7) IgE and washed were also attracted to antigen (grey bars). (B) BMMC were not attracted to lower wells containing anti-TNP IgG and antigen TNP-BSA. BMMC sensitized overnight with anti-TNP IgG were marginally attracted to wells containing antigen. Experiments were performed the same as in Fig. S1A, except that mast cell lines were used in place of BMMC. CFSE-labeled FcεRIα-/- BMMC alone or mixed with wild-type cells (unlabeled) were assayed in a transwell assay.
