- Figure S1. Generation of PP-null and PP/MLN-deficient mice (JPG, 63 KB)
-

We injected 200 µg LT R-Ig or LT R-Ig/TNFR55-Ig to timed pregnant C57BL/6 mice in order to generate PP-null or PP/MLNdouble-deficient mice, respectively. The offspring (8 weeks of age) were examined for the existence of MLN (white arrows) or PP (brown arrows).
- Figure S2. Duration of OVA cross-presentation after intragastric administration of OVA (JPG, 44 KB):
-

C57BL/6 mice received 100 mg intragastric OVA; then, CFSE-labeled OT-I T cells were transferred intravenously at 0 hours, 14 hours, 24 hours, 2 days, 3 days, 5 days, or 7 days after the administration of OVA. Forty-eight hours later, lymphoid cells from MLN were obtained and analyzed after gating with V 2+ cells. The percentages of cells that had divided are indicated in the graph.
