Blood Feuerhake et al. 106: 1392

Supplemental materials for: Feuerhake et al, Vol 106, Issue 4, 1392-1399

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • Document S1. Gene sets and methods used in the analysis (PDF, 1.22 MB) - The document describes the methodology used for the microarray data analysis, including gene-set enrichment analysis (GSEA) and differential analysis in the space of literature-curated NFκB target-gene sets. The table provides detailed information on the sources of the gene sets and the representation of identified NFκB target genes on the Affymetrix (Affymetrix, Santa Clara, CA) and Lymphochip (National Cancer Institute, Bethesda, MD) platforms. The results of permutation analyses are displayed as heatmaps and as ranked gene lists.
