Files in this Data Supplement:
- Figure S1: Serial analysis of CGAg specific CD8+ T-cell responses in 11 patients with multiple myeloma (PDF, 56.4 KB) -
The x-axis indicates the number of months from diagnosis; the dashed line represents paraprotein level; the black line represents CD8+ T-cell response to CGAg as cells/ml (calculated from the absolute lymphocyte count). Four patients were at plateau stage of disease (A) (patients 21, 11, 4 and 7). Seven of the patients illustrated changing tumour burden (B) (patients 27, 30, 17, 13, 22, 23 and 20).
Treatment abbreviations stand for the following: Thal., Thalidomide; CVAMP, cyclophosphamide, vincristine, adriamycin, methylprednisone, & prednisone.; PBSCT, Peripheral Blood Stem Cell Transplant; Melph, Melphalan; Dex, Dexamethasone; VAD, Vincristine, doxorubicin, dexamethasone; CDT; cyclophosphamide, dexamethasone, thalidomide, Pamidronate; administered as monthly injections.
