    This shows a representative experiment out of two. UCB CD34+ CD38 cells were plated onto OP9-Control or OP9-Del1 cells in the presence of FL and IL-7 in MEM medium. Medium and stroma were changed twice a week. The production of T cells was measured over time by FACS analysis and cell counts.A. Expression of CD3 and CD7 markers at different time points, after gating on CD45+ live cells. B. Production of CD3+CD7+ cells as calculated by numbers of cells produced per CD34+CD38 cell plated.
