Presented genes showed a statistically significance, greater than 1.5-fold induction (p < 0.001) by IFN- and at the same time a significant decrease (< 1.5 fold, p > 0.999) when simultaneously stimulated with 1,25(OH)2D3. Hierarchical clustering with Genesis software was used for presentation. Expression array data were deposited to the GEO repository (Accession number GSE2421).
