BCL6 is regulated by p53 through a response element frequently disrupted in B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma
Blood Margalit et al. 107: 1599

Supplemental materials for: Margalit et al

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • Figure S1 (JPG, 89.3 KB) -

p53+/+ and p53–/– mice were treated with 5 Gy ionizing radiation and the spleens (panel A) and thymuses (panel B) were harvested at 0, 6 and 24 h post-irradiation. BCL6 and p21 mRNA levels were monitored by QPCR, and normalized to -actin. Results display mean ± SD of quantifications obtained from two mice in each experimental group. p21 served as positive control for p53 activity. Fold ratios of mRNA levels were calculated in comparison to the control mice. Ctr, untreated p53+/+ or p53–/– mice.
