Blood Edelson et al. 107: 143

Supplemental material for: Edelson et al

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • Figure S1. α2 integrin I domain mediates adhesion to C1q in the absence of porcine serum (JPG, 64.4 KB) -

The binding of the integrin I domain and GST to C1q was measured in a solid phase binding assay. C1q blocking was carried out with BSA as described in the Materials and Methods section. The binding experiment was carried out in the presence of 2 mM MgCl2. These results are presented as mean ± SEM from triplicate wells of a single experiment and represent one of at least four experiments demonstrating similar results.
