  • Figure S1. Multilineage engraftment by EPCR+ cells (JPG, 91.6 KB) -

Representative multi-lineage engraftment after transplantation of 1000 EPCRhi cells 6 months after competitive repopulation. Ly5.1 cells purified on the basis of EPCR were transplanted into lethally irradiated CD45.2 mice and blood samples analyzed after long-term engraftment. Blood was stained for CD45.1, CD45.2 and a single lineage specific antibody. Plots represent the fraction of cells expressing each isoform of CD45 after gating for live blood cells and each of the indicated lineages.
