Expression of the DNAM-1 ligands, Nectin-2 (CD112) and poliovirus receptor (CD155), on dendritic cells: relevance for natural killer-dendritic cell interaction
Blood Pende et al. 107: 2030

Supplemental materials for: Pende et al

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • Figure S1. Nectin-2 and PVR expression on peripheral blood DC (JPG, 62.4 KB) -

Peripheral blood mononuclear cells were stained with either anti-Nectin-2 (L14) or anti-PVR (L95) mAbs followed by PE-conjugated isotype-specific second reagents. After extensive washings, cells were incubated with anti-ILT3-PC5— and anti-CD14-FITC—conjugated mAbs and analyzed by triple fluorescence analysis. Gated ILT3+ CD14neg DC cells (Panel A) expressed both Nectin-2 (Panel B) and PVR (Panel C).
