Expression of rearranged TCR{gamma} genes in natural killer cells suggests a minor thymus-dependent pathway of lineage commitment
Blood Veinotte et al. 107: 2673

Supplemental Figure for: Veinotte et al

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • Figure S1. Microarray data analysis of differentially expressed genes between adult NK and neonatal NK cell samples (PDF, 24.3 KB) - Genes with statistically significant differences when grouped by ‘Sample Source’ (adult vs. neonatal samples); parametric test, variances assumed equal (Student's t-test). p-value cutoff 0.05, multiple testing correction: Benjamini and Hochberg False Discovery Rate. Genes from adult and neonatal were normalized and were filtered on expression, confidence, and fold change. These remaining genes were then tested by 1-way ANOVA.
    (a) List of the genes with statistically significant differences after 1-way ANOVA test.
    (b) Graph representation of the same group of genes as in (a).
    (c) Ordered list representation of the same group of genes as in (a). The color bar on the right represents the colors that correspond to the respective normalized expression value of each gene.
