Genes with statistically significant differences when grouped by ‘Sample Source’ (adult vs. neonatal samples); parametric test, variances assumed equal (Student's t-test). p-value cutoff 0.05, multiple testing correction: Benjamini and Hochberg False Discovery Rate. Genes from adult and neonatal were normalized and were filtered on expression, confidence, and fold change. These remaining genes were then tested by 1-way ANOVA.
