    Absence of p110 or p110 alone has no apparent effect on the percentage of DP thymocytes or TcR-selection. (A) Thymic size and architecture in four week old WT, p110—/—, p110—/— mice. Histological examination of H&E stained thymic sections from these animals are shown. Data are representative of a minimum of three animals for each genetic background.
