This represents an “interaction” phenomenon (between age and type of gene). 2) Overall, there are no significance difference between Mll-AF4 and Mll-AF9 (p>.05). However, the result is masked by the above-mentioned interaction. The difference between AF4 and AF9 is marginally statistically significant among younger mice (p<.05) but not significant among older mice ― at least not with the small sample sizes to date.
