Identification of subtype-specific genomic alterations in aggressive adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma
Blood Oshiro et al. 107: 4500

Supplemental materials for: Oshiro et al

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • Figure S1. Representative array-CGH profiles of acute and lymphoma types of ATLL (PDF, 82.2 KB) -
Individual array CGH profiles of the acute type (A) and the lymphoma type (B). Horizontal lines: 2,235 BAC/PAC clones in order from chromosomes 1 to 22 and X. Within each chromosome, clones are ordered from the p telomere to the q telomere according to information from the Ensemble Genome Data Resources of the Sanger Center Institute, February 2005 version. Normal range of the array CGH glasses (ACC version 4.0) was determined by three sets of male versus male experiments. Since more than 96% of the measured fluorescence log2 ratio values for each spot ranged from +0.2 to -0.2, the thresholds for the log2 ratio of gains and losses were set at log2 ratios of +0.2 and -0.2, respectively.
