Suppression of Fas-FasL coexpression by erythropoietin mediates erythroblast expansion during the erythropoietic stress response in vivo Files in this Data Supplement: Splenic Ery.A and Ery.B cells were sorted and incubated for six hours in vitro in the presence of Epo (0.05 U/ml), and either in the presence (blue histograms) or absence (red histograms) of the agonistic anti-Fas antibody Jo2. Cells were stained for Annexin V-binding. The percent of Annexin V-positive cells is shown (Marker denotes region of Annexin V-positive binding). CD71/ Ter119/ FSC histograms for lpr (A) and gld (B) mouse spleen and for age, sex and background strain -matched wild-type mice. Histograms are each representative of 3 experiments.
