Proliferative responses of OVA-specific CD4+ T cells to s-DC from ICSBP—/— and WT mice loaded with OVA peptide (JPG, 43.3 KB) - Splenic DC from ICSBP—/— and WT mice were incubated with OVA peptide (323-339) for 30 min. at 37°C, then washed. OVA peptide-loaded s-DC were then cultured with OVA-specific OT-II CD4+ T cells. Proliferation was measured by pulsing the plates with (3H)-thymidine for 10 hours at the third day of culture. Thymidine incorporation into the cellular DNA was determined by liquid scintillation counting. Each point represents the mean cpm ± SD in triplicate cultures of one out of three experiments.
