Blood Richards et al. 108: 246

Supplemental materials for: Richards et al

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • Figure S1. Selective defects of NK cells from tumor bearing mice in their production of IFN-γ in response to various stimuli in vitro (PDF, 41.8 KB) -
Splenocytes 5×106/ml) from control and tumor bearing mice were cultured in the presence of PMA (50ng/ml) and ionomycin (500ng/ml), or IL2 (1000U/ml) and IL12 (10ng/ml), or plate coated with anti-NK1.1 antibody (1 µg/ml). Golgistop was added 1 hour later. After stimulation for additional six hours, splenocytes were harvested and NK cells were stained for intracellular IFN-. a. Flow diagram of NK cells stimulated with PMA and ionomycin. Equal numbers of NK cells were collected for analysis. b. The number of NK cells per spleen that secreted IFN- under given conditions. The mean ± SEM of 4 or 5 animals per group is shown.
