Data collection for: Riewald et al, Vol 97, Issue 10, 3109-3116

Supplemental Spreadsheet:

Normalized expression data for genes on the Unigem V chip are given for unstimulated versus thrombin- or Xa-stimulated HeLa cells. The ratios are calculated by dividing the higher value for each gene by the lower value. A positive ratio indicates that the induced sample has higher levels of expression, whereas a negative value denotes that the control sample has a higher expression of a particular gene. A question mark indicates that gene expression is below a threshold value. The data are ordered based on up-regulation in thrombin-stimulated cells.
