- Figure S1. β7 integrin is expressed on different hematopoietic cells including HSC (JPG, 433 KB)
-
Single cell suspensions from BM (A), thymus (B), spleen (C) and lymph nodes (axial, inguinal, paraaortical; D) were prepared from wild type and 7(-/-) mice and stained with antibodies against 7 integrin, B220, Gr-1, Ter119, CD4, and CD8. Stem cells were identified as lineage (CD4, CD8, B220, Mac1, Gr-1, Ter119)- c-kit+ Sca1 high. Representative histogram overlays show the 7 integrin expression on indicated subsets of hematopoietic cells (filled). The lines indicate the antibody signal of the respective cell population in 7(-/-) mice, which was used as negative control.
