    Included are the GPVI CBD, D1 and D2 of the LIR-1 ectodomain, and the full D1 to D2 ectodomains of p58 KIR and FcRI. The 11-residue deletion in GPVI is highlighted in yellow. Highly conserved prolines found between the A and A′ strands of LRC receptors are shown in bold and are red if they are found in the cis conformation and blue if found in the trans conformation. A schematic of the GPVI structure is shown above the sequence, labeled according to strand, helix, or polyproline type II helix (pp).
