Somatic activation of a conditional KrasG12D allele causes ineffective erythropoiesis in vivo
Blood Braun et al. 108: 2041

Supplemental materials for: Braun et al

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • Table S1. Enumeration of erythroid cells in C57BL/6 mice (PDF, 18 KB) -
    Cells from bone marrow (2 femurs + 2 tibias) and spleens were counted and analyzed by flow cytometry for CD71 and TER119 expression. Regions I-IV, describing successive stages of erythroid maturation, are as described by Socolovsky et al. (Blood 98(12):3261-73) to be
    I: CD71hiTER119lo;
    II: CD71hiTER119hi;
    III: CD71intTER119lo; IV: CD71-/loTER119lo .
    Numbers indicate millions of cells in each region per organ ± SEM, and statistical significance was estimated using the unpaired Student t-test with Welch’s correction for unequal variances.
