The chimeric Iµ-BCL6E2 transcripts are diagrammed in the upper panel, and the sequence chromatography is shown in the lower panel. The Iµ exon was correctly spliced to the exon 2 and exon 3 of the BCL6 gene as reported in the case of DLBCL (6). B. The splicing junction for BCL6E1-Cµ1. The BCL6 exon sequence was correctly spliced to the splicing acceptor site of the Cµ1 exon. The sequence shown is the complementary strand. Figure S2.
