Association of Ig/BCL6 translocations with germinal center B lymphocytes in human lymphoid tissues: implications for malignant transformation Files in this Data Supplement: A. The chimeric Iµ-BCL6E2 transcripts are diagrammed in the upper panel, and the sequence chromatography is shown in the lower panel. The Iµ exon was correctly spliced to the exon 2 and exon 3 of the BCL6 gene as reported in the case of DLBCL (6). B. The splicing junction for BCL6E1-Cµ1. The BCL6 exon sequence was correctly spliced to the splicing acceptor site of the Cµ1 exon. The sequence shown is the complementary strand. The sequence chromatography of the recombination breakpoints of the three isolated translocation products are shown. The lower case letter presents the sequences from Ig Sµ, and the capital case for the intron 1 sequence of the BCL6 gene.
