  • Video 1. Tracking of BMM by single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) (MOV, 664 KB) -
    111In-labeled BMM were adoptively transferred to syngeneic recipients i.v. Recipient mice were imaged at 6 h (Day 0) and on days 1, 3, 5, and 7 thereafter. Tomographic images show migration of 111In labeled BMM in Lng, Liv, and Spl of one representative mouse over the entire 7 days period. Diminished signal over time is a function of radioisotopic decay (t½ = 2.8 days).
