Blood Vera et al. 108: 3890

Supplemental materials for: Vera et al, Vol 108, Issue 12, 3890-3897

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • Figure S1. Soluble immunoglobulins activate T cells carrying CAR46/28ζ (PDF, 15.4 KB) -
T cells expressing either CAR46 (A-B) or CAR46/28 (C-D) were cultured with (B,D) or without (A,C) immunoglobulins at 10 µg/mL for 72 hours. Supernatant was collected at 24, 48, and 72 hours after the stimulation to measure cytokine release using the CBA assay. Only T cells carrying CAR46/28 released IL-2, IFN-, and TNF- after stimulation with immunoglobulins (D).
