Supplemental materials for: D’Acquisto et al, Vol 109, Issue 3, 1095-1102

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • Figure S1. Effect of native or denatured hrAnx-A1 on T-cell activation (PDF, 17 KB) -
    (A) Murine naïve lymph nodes T cells were stimulated with 1.25 µg/ml of anti-CD3/CD28 in absence or presence of 600nM of native (Anx-A1) or denatured (dAnx-A1) hrAnx-A1 for 24 h and then pulsed with 3H-thymidine to measure cell proliferation. (B) IL-2 production from primary murine naïve lymph nodes T cells stimulated with anti-CD3/CD28 (1.25 µg/ml) in absence or presence of 600nM native or denatured hrAnx-A1 for 24 h. In all the experiments values are mean ± S.E. of n=4-5 mice. **P<0.01.
