A transgenic zebrafish model of neutrophilic inflammation

The tailfin of transgenic zebrafish was transected at 4 days post-fertilization. Following injury, larvae were immobilized in 1% low melting point agarose (BDH) made up with E3, and supplemented with 4.2% Tricaine. Images were taken as described in Methods. One image was taken every 30 seconds, and the video is played at 10 frames per second.
