    Sagittal sections of frozen embryos from wild-type (WT) or CCR7/CCR9 double-deficient mice at indicated embryonic stages were two-color stained for CCL21 (Alexa 633, red) and keratin (FITC, blue) (panels A and B), CCL25 (Alexa 633, red) and keratin (FITC, blue) (panels C and D), or keratin 5 (Alexa 633, green) and keratin 8 (Alexa 488, red) (panels E and F). Representative results from three independent analyses are shown.
