Phenotype of bone marrow cells enriched for hematopoietic progenitor cells (JPG, 154 KB) - Bone marrow cells were enriched for HPCs by labeling with lineage-specific antibodies (anti-CD4, CD8, B220, Gr-1, F4/80, and MHC class II) followed by Low-Tox complement. Dead cells were removed by centrifugation over a Lympholyte M gradient. The phenotype of cells before and after enrichment has been determined by flow cytometry as indicated. The quadrants were set using appropriate isotype Ig as a control. Figure S2.
