    Human (CD45+) engraftment levels for each recipient were determined by flow cytometry on cells of the injected RF of mice killed at 7 to 10 weeks after transplantation. Mice were considered engrafted with human cells if the RF contained more than 0.5% CD45+ human cells by flow cytometry or was positive by Southern blot analysis using a human-specific probe (positive results are in bold).
