The C/EBP tumor suppressor is silenced by hypermethylation in acute myeloid leukemia Blood Agrawal et al. 109: 3895 Supplemental materials for: Agrawal et al, Vol 109, Issue 9, 3895-3905 Files in this Data Supplement: Table S1. Sequences of primers used for real-time RT-PCR (PDF, 21.6 KB) Table S2. Patients’ clinical information (PDF, 70.7 KB) Table S3. Genes induced with Aza in microarray (PDF, 34.4 KB) Figure S1. Relative levels of mRNA expression of secondary granule proteins in 32D-Flt3-ITD cells overexpressing C/EBPδ (JPG, 82.6 KB) - Stable cells were treated with -estradiol (to activate C/EBP) or ethanol (control) for 7 days, and mRNA was isolated. Real-time RT-PCR was performed, and expression levels for each gene were normalized to GAPDH. Results are shown as the mean ± SD of 2 independent experiments.
