    Cell lines were either obtained from the German National Resource Centre for Biological Material (DSMZ; http://www.dsmz.de) or from the originators, and were cultured under regular conditions. References for the derivation and characterization of the cell lines may be found on the DSMZ website or from references as shown. Only the positive data for the cell lines are shown in the table. All expression data were normalized against HL-60.
