Blood Borsotti et al. 110: 783

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • Figure S1. memTNF and wt T cells expansion and phenotype at day 21 after BMT (JPG, 121 KB) -
(A,B) Lethally irradiated (850cGy) BALB/c mice received 5 × 106 TCD wt B6 BM cells in combination with 1 × 106 wt (black dots) or memTNF (gray dots) B6 T cells. Recipient spleens were harvested at day 21 for fluorescent-assisted cell sorting (FACS) analysis of CD44, CD62L, and CD25 expression on donor CD4+ and CD8+ T cells. Scatter dot plots represent the absolute numbers of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells and their subsets, mean (± SEM) for 9 mice per group.
