Stable differentiation and clonality of murine long-term hematopoiesis after extended reduced-intensity selection for MGMT P140K transgene expression
Blood Ball et al. 110: 1779

Supplemental materials for Ball et al, Vol. 110, Issue 6, 1779-1787

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • Table S1. Selection of GFP+ white blood cells in serially transplanted mice (PDF, 51.4 KB) -
The percentage of peripheral blood cells expressing GFP in (A) primary, (B) secondary, and (C) tertiary transplanted mice was determined by FACS. Mice were treated monthly with different doses of BCNU/O6BG. Efficient selection of serially transplanted long term hematopoiesis was observed after transplantation of the higher cell dose (4 × 105 cells) and subsequent treatment with 20 µg/g O6BG and 5 µg/g BCNU.
