Expression of ectonucleotidase CD39 by Foxp3+ Treg cells: hydrolysis of extracellular ATP and immune suppression
Blood Borsellino et al. 110: 1225

Supplemental materials for Borsellino et al, Vol 110, Issue 4, 1225-1232

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • Figure S1. Viability of Treg cells following exposure to ATP (PDF, 138 KB) -
CD4+CD25+ T cells activated for 3 days in the presence of 100 µM ATP, 250 µM ARL67156, 100 µM ATP/250 µM ARL67156, or without these reagents. Viability of the cells was determined by fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) analysis (FACSCalibur; BD Biosciences, San Jose, CA) after staining with propidium iodide. Percentage of PI positive cells is indicated.
