Blood Obata et al. 110: 913

Supplemental materials for Obata et al, Vol. 110, Issue 3, 913-920

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • Figure S1. Little or no effect of Ba103 treatment on IgE-mediated systemic anaphylaxis (JPG, 32.7 KB) -
TNP-specific IgE transgenic mice (Matsuoka et al. Int. Immunol. 11: 987-994, 1999) were treated with an intravenous injection of 30 µg Ba103 (open circles) or control rat IgG (closed squares). One day later, the mice were challenged with an intravenous injection of 100 µg TNP-conjugated bovine serum albumin, and their rectal temperature was monitored at the indicated times after the antigen challenge. Data shown are kinetics of change in rectal temperature, expressed as the mean plus and minus the SEM of five mice in each group.
