    No differences in the stability of wtc, Tyr577Phe mutant and p85 either in the presence or absence of GM- CSF CTL-EN cells expressing wtc or Tyr577Phe mutant were factor-deprived overnight in RPMI containing 10% FCS with no cytokine. Cells were then preincubated in 1 µg/mL cyclohexamide prior to stimulation with 1nM GM-CSF for up to 12 hours. Cell lysates were prepared at the indicated time points and subjected to SDS-PAGE and immunoblot analysis using 1 µg/mL 1C1 anti-c mAb or 1:1000 anti-p85 as described in the manuscript.
