Caspase-cleaved HPK1 induces CD95L-independent activation-induced cell death in T and B lymphocytes
Blood Brenner et al. 110: 3968

Supplemental materials for: Brenner et al

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • Figure S1. T cells from gld mice show TCR-induced AICD (JPG, 50.9 KB) -
Primary T cells from gld mice, which express mutated, non-functional CD95L were analyzed at day 5 post stimulation for activation-induced cell death (AICD). Incubation of activated gld T cells with 1 or 10 µg/ml of plate bound anti-CD3 antibodies for 18 h results in cell death (left side, measured by FSC/SSC analysis) and nuclear fragmentation (right side, measured by PI-staining) independent of CD95L. Standard deviation is given for triplicate measurements. The experiment presented is representative of 5 repeats.
