Leukemia stem cells in a genetically defined murine model of blast-crisis CML
Blood Neering et al. 110: 2578

Supplemental materials for Neering et al, Vol. 110, Issue 7, 2578-2585

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • Figure S1. BrdU incorporation for leukemic vs. normal progenitor and stem cell populations (JPG, 72.6 KB) -
Animals were established with bcCML leukemia and subjected to BrdU analysis of bone marrow cells at advanced stages of disease. The top row shows untreated controls and the middle and lower rows show analysis at 4 or 20 hours after treatment with Ara-C. In each case, BrdU was administered 90 minutes before the animals were killed. For each experimental animal, the GFP/YFP (GY) positive leukemic cells were analyzed in parallel to the GFP/YFP negative normal cells. Data are shown for phenotypically defined progenitor and stem cell populations.
